ESTA currently has a unique opportunity for a Manager, Talent & Organisational Development.  This role leads the development of strategic, innovative, effective and sustainable people programs and initiatives that measurably lift organisational and individual capability and performance.

The Manager, Talent and Organisational Development will work closely with ESTA's Executive Leadership team, designing and delivering enterprise approaches to organisational talent acquisition, capability and development initiatives.  This role acts as the custodian of the People Strategy and has primary accountability for acquiring and building capability, establishing cultural transformation program and enhancing the ESTA People Experience.

You will have:

  • Extensive organisational development leadership experience, including the development and delivery of an OD strategy and framework
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition and management approaches that deliver improved capability and business metrics
  • Strong understanding of contemporary P&C and OD concepts and strategies and the capacity to adapt and implement these
  • Proven people management kills, including demonstrated ability to build effective high performance teams
  • Strong stakeholder relationships, building credibility and as a trusted advisor
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources Development
